My gorgeous daughter is now in double digits after reaching the grand old age of ten months. Here she is showing off this new milestone.
It is hard to believe that in just two months she will have been in our lives for a whole year.
Over the last couple of weeks it feels as though Mrs T has suddenly changed. She has become more like a toddler than a baby. My little girl is growing up. In a way it makes me feel a little bit sad, that a stage of her life has passed, but then it is also incredibly exciting, there are so many new milestones ahead.
Recently we have been getting a taster of what is to come. She is now clapping her hands with great skill and she is gradually moving, bobbing around, trying to pull herself up. Her talking is beginning to get interesting too. As well as saying ‘mama’ and ‘papa’, which she has been doing for a while, I have also got her to say her name, ‘banana’ and ‘boom’. Since Father’s Day she keeps muttering ‘Dad’ over and over again. Clearly I need to work harder on ‘Mum’!!
