It has been all about Europe recently. We have been busy planning our summer trip to France (with a cheeky stop in Italy) which will be our first holiday as a family of four. Meanwhile, the European football Championships and the EU referendum have been taking centre stage on our TV screens. Although not yet exposing our youngest daughter to the pros and cons of staying/leaving the EU, last week we introduced our her to football, taking her to the pub to see England Vs Wales. So enthralled, she pretty much slept through the whole thing!! This was a rare moment when she had her eyes open!
The little one will experience her first taste of central London this weekend when we head into the city to attend BritMums! I am really looking forward to going to the blogging conference. It was a last minute decision but I can’t wait to catch up with all you fabulous bloggers. Please let me know if you are going and look out for me! I’ll be the one with a pram and little munchkin in my arms.
For this week’s City Tripping I am linking up a post about Coram’s Fields, a children’s park in London which I only recently discovered but will no doubt be making good use of in the future. Cathy at MummyTravels is on hosting duties for City Tripping this week so head here and link up your city-related travel posts. Our top picks from last week were.
Carnival Vista 8 Day Family Cruise – Tin Box Traveller
Charleston Beaches – With Love
Skip The Vatican, Visit A Market In Rome, Italy – Global Locavore
10 Things To Do In Maribor – Slovenian Girl Abroad
Check them out if you haven’t already. As well as sharing and commenting on your posts, we will also be pinning them on our City Tripping Pinterest board so if you need any more city inspiration, be sure to check it out and follow our Pinterest board featuring past posts. Let me know if you would like an invite to pin on the board.

What Is City Tripping?
City Tripping is the place to come and link up your city-related travel posts. We want to find out the best of things to do and see in the city, any city in the world, whether you are travelling as a family, a couple or with friends or it’s your home turf. It could be a day out, a review of an attraction, long weekend or sharing your best insider info and hidden gems – as long as it is city-related travel.
How To Join In
– Link up one post – old or new. This week it is over with Cathy at MummyTravels
– Please add the City Tripping badge to the bottom of the post or link back to either Mummytravels.com or Wan
– Posts must be about your travel experiences in a city – any city, from reviews of days out to longer breaks.
– Please share the linky love and comment on the two hosts’ linked posts and at least two others which take your fancy, using #citytripping so everyone knows where you’re visiting from
– Tweet us your links @wander_mum and @
– We’ll be sharing your posts elsewhere on social media – we’d love it if you wanted to follow us there too: Wander Mum (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram
– The City Tripping linky will go live every Tuesday morning until 23.55pm on Thursday and will alternate between MummyTravels and myself. We’ll be sharing our favourites every week too.
Thank you so much for featuring my post. 🙂
You are welcome! Thanks for linking up. x
Haha, it’s always great to start them young when it comes to football. Hopefully she’ll grow up to a fan of the sport!
